If you truly want to live here, rethink it!! Management lies about completing work orders, does not get to work early and when there does nothing productive. Fellow residents are infested with bed bugs and do not tell management so it can be addressed. This apartment is like being in grade school talking about others and acting like kids who are mean. Stay away!!!

I am writing to express my continuing satisfaction with the community and the staff provided by Layton gardens when I reside there for 5 years I had to relocate due to the fire on February 2024. Out of the five years I enjoy staying there it was safe management was nice I miss it so much. I'm on the waiting list and hope to be their soon I can't wait.

Senior apartments under new management as about four years ago. Terrible! also recertification took three months when my brother had lived there 17 years under the new person at that job. Do not recommend for your elderly loved one.

Would not recommend renting here, management doesn't know their job and doesn't care about doing their job. Always has an excuse for not getting things done.

The office manager I believe she said she was, was very knowledgeable and polite. I went to the office with my mother with questions and concerns and we were able to get the assistance we needed although the lady was on her way to lunch. I appreciate the courteous customer service provided as well as the patiences displayed with my mother.
