Laurel Villas Condominiums

Lived here in college from 2009-2012. It was a great place and location, close to everything. All of my friends used to love tailgating here. Parking was always a challenge but we always found creative ways to deal with it. TIP: If you know you have friends coming on gameday and they need a place to park, move your car to the street on Thursday night when a space opens up. Don't try to do it on Friday because the street fills up and they don't move all weekend.

Good place to live, there are 3 rooms in each condo, the one next too the stairways is a bit noisy, it can be a problem if you are too sensitive.

It’s been a great place for Josiah to live the past few years.
