Latesha was absolutely amazing to work with! She made the entire leasing process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. She took the time to answer all my questions, was always professional, and genuinely cared about finding the right place for me. Her kindness and attention to detail really stood out, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home!

If I could leave no stars I would. Me an my family lived at this apartment complex for 4 years. We tried our best to overlook all the negatives. We had no A/C for our apartment until our last year at this residence. We put in multiple work orders an seen cleaning tabs thrown into the A/C. We reported the problems after so many failed attempts to fix the A/C to management who did absolutely nothing. So we went to corporate after showing evidence of our apartment being 90 degrees inside during the summer. The A/C also leaked and caused floor damage. Enough to where the floor began to came in. We were told to just not walk on it. After 4 years the A/C was finally fixed. The trash compactor gets full a lot and then residents pile up trash everywhere until it becomes an eye sore. Only put one star because I was forced should receive negative stars. Terrible place to live !!! DO NOT MOVE HERE apartment caught on fire due to the electrical issues inside the apartment!! The most inhumane people working in the office. Nothing but disrespectful children in the neighborhood yelling cussing and fighting DAILY this place is truly a NIGHTMARE !!! Save your family some time and money, and do not rent from LAUREL OAKS IN LEESBURG FL!!!!

I move 2016 there for almost 7 years . When we first got there it was beautiful. Property manager was so responsible respectful and nice . As the years went by and property management change ! So did the place . I asked them repeatedly to change my unit because of my health concerns being on the second floor was a struggle for me even with several drs notes nothing! So much mold in my apartment ,roaches , had a maintenance guy who quit tell me they totally neglected your place . But I always paid my rent on time ! Had other kids bully my kids and they couldn't even enjoy the pool without being chased back home . Stole their brand new bikes they got for Christmas.! Daughter stayed at the Drs office because of the mole!! And the last property manager when I move out 2022.. Was so nasty and

DONT WAIST YOUR TIME NOR MONEY!!!! Please run far away,A nightmare and Iam talking worse than elm street.From the beginning of the move first night in my apartment I was ready for my lease to be up!! Starters they have you do a walk through and you would think someone just moved out before you walked in one of my rooms had red juice stains all over the carpet,with hair needs and rubber bands ,the other room smelled like a carton of cigarettes mind you I have ASTHMA for crying out loud.Lets not talk about the ROACHES and spider webs,I mean their BAD I spent two whole weeks up killing roaches that weren’t mine!! lol got no sleep, Even my son was afraid to sleep in his own room because of them, oh they only got worse ,I sprayed ,bummed, had the maintenance to come in still had them.
