Laurel Glen Apartments

have been here 1 year, maintance been here 7 times, no hot water 3 times, couldnt close front door from building settling, im in wheelchair. charging me for a door they refused to take off when i asked and they refuse to put in ramps to get off 8 inch curbs to get safly away from building in case of emergancy. 5 other tenants also stuck on front of buildings. tried to work with manager and was told about the ramps, "Many have tried and all have failed"

Ever since GSP took over, I'm sad to say that 22 years renting here is horrifying. I am low income and can't move from here. I wish I could. You don't want to rent here. No one is ever in the office. Always closed and mantainence is slow and not qualified to help with small tasks. Jason is decent. Great guy but the rest of the staff is terrible. My neighbor's have multiple people renting illegally with them and no one does anything. Abandoned vehicles everywhere. One trash can to replace 9 before to save money. The smell of trash is horrible and no hot water.

If you're a respondent here, be prepared to keep asking for the help you need from the office. They are slow in responding. My mum been here for over fifteen years and still have no new carpet. She's been asking for about five years now. Since previous resident resided there, that's the carpet she has now. Please make changes to people who need it most in this beautiful place. Too many olive trees. Stains your carpet and you vehicle floors. Sewer gets stopped up at times. Lights go off at night in walkways at times. Sidewalks need repair. Scenery is beautiful here. Needs change in service. Office staff says they'll help but never seen to get back to the resident members. Help improve it, please

I moved to Laurel Glen in November 2021. I love it here. The grounds are very well kept. The office staff is courteous, professional and kind. The maintenance staff is friendly, knowledgeable and they always do an excellent expedient job. Together, they have helped me settle in comfortably. I hope to live here a long while.

Great leasing staff and maintenance! Been here almost 18 months with no issues when it comes to crime. Location is convenient near stores and my doctor office. On site laundry room as well. Plenty of parking. Each unit has a patio or balcony.
