Laurel Brook Apartments

Apartments are average for Glasgow, not quite worth the monthly price. The office treated me horribly on the way out. They double rented the unit I was in as soon as I turned in my key then refused to refund the rest of the rent I paid for that month (I moved out within the first half of the month), claiming it was their “policy”. I never saw this policy in writing and certainly didn’t see it in the lease. Didn’t see a dime back on my deposit either. If you have a problem they won’t send a certified professional to fix it, they’ll send some goof 85 year old yokel who doesn’t know his wrench from his velcro shoes. I’m pretty sure the same guy also stole some of my tools while he was “fixing” whatever he was there for. Office is full of incompetent slumlords, stay far away from here.

It's a nice place to live. It's a lot better then most apartments in Glasgow. The noise level is usually low and the other tenants are nice.

Just don't. The carpet is the worst. Unless there is a hole in it you will not get it replaced. Service is not the best.

The townhouses there are beautiful inside & out. Seemed like all the residents respected each other.
