Hillview Apartments

The apartments in Glasgow, KY named Hillview on Shalimar Drive are absolutely horrible. The management is never there or reachable unless collecting money. The maintenance man tries his best, but is given no support. The floors are cheap linoleum that are torn, the carpet is industrial tile carpet, yes water is included in rent because there are no dishwashers, no washer hook up and not even a sprayer on kitchen sink. No ceiling fans, dumpster always overflowing, limited lighting at night creating safety issues. Walls are painted institutional gray, many units have no deadbolts, grass is never cut, stairwells are nasty. The road and parking lot is not maintained, holes that damage wheels and trash all over. All recently remodeled units are very modern looking with new appliances. The size of each apartment and the location for the price makes it the most competitive apartment complex in all of Glasgow. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the maintenance is reliable and timely. This is the apartment I’d recommend as of 2022 in Glasgow.

By far one of the worst apartment complexes I have ever witnessed. With a monthly rent of $685 for a two-bedroom that includes water, it is not worth it any other apartment complex in Glasgow has them beat. There is no hook up for washer and dryer, not a single ceiling fan with in any apartment, no dishwashers, the made to look like hardwood is actually linoleum that has cut seams in walkways, there are no parking spots if come home too late, there are no street lights so it is completely dark after sundown, there are potholes that can swallow small cars, there are no doors on any of the closets, the paint job in some apartments look like a child finger painted the apartment and overall it is just Rundown. If it was 4 to $500 a month, it may be worth it but for the price they charge monthl

Use to live there if you love bed bugs and roaches you will feel right at home

Newly renovated apartments, great management and cheap rent.... I would recommend these apartments for any one !!!
