I was not going to write a review, but I keep find things wrong with house a year later after I have moved in. If you are a seller, this guy will help you sell your house. If you are a buyer, beware. I had to negotiate with the sellers in obtaining the keys after the signing. They left the keys in the house with the door unlocked. I did not realize that a motel was in my backyard as well as I share the septic tank with the motel. During the first month I moved in, the septic tank overflowed and the front window leaked when it rained. My first day of moving in was a nightmare. The sellers left urine on the floor of one bathroom. They left the appliances as we agreed. However, under the washer and dryer was lint, dog hair, and dried liquid laundry detergent.
