I have used Laudone & Assoc. for several appraisals over the years both personal and professional. I have always found them to be exceptionally professional, prompt, and courteous.

Laudone and Associates appraised several of my properties over the years for a variety of reasons. Their values were accurate and the reports were returned in a timely manner. I would recommend this firm to anyone in need of appraisal services.

What a non accurate appraisal. Houses are selling in my neighborhood that are the same as mine for $140k - $180k and this company comes back w/ $111k as my homes value. The comps have a lesser square footage than mine has ones that were sold as is cash deals and quick sales. The lady that came out didn't even pay attention enough to see we had a microwave above the range, she marked "no microwave". New electrical, updated the amount for voltage from 100 amp to 200 amp, new floors, 5 new ceiling fans, new dishwasher, installed crown molding, new gas fireplace, replacement windows through out. Nope that doesn't count.

Mike did a great job with appraising a building that I was selling for the business I worked for. Laudone and Assoc. got the appraisal back to me quickly and the work was professionally done and right on target with what I felt was the value of the building.

Called to inquire about their business. The lady who answered the phone and said she was the owner was very rude. She hung up the phone on me and did not want to answer questions regarding new service..very unprofessional..
