Management failed to provide a renewal agreement. Instead, they issued a 30-business-day notice to vacate. That notice was honored in full. The unit was vacated within the timeframe THEY established, keys were returned, and no outstanding balance was communicated at that time. Six months later, without prior notice or explanation, the account was sent to collections claiming unpaid balances and additional penalties. Ask about the 75 dollar application fee due during the application process. As well as the 165 dollar administrative fee they request upfront that’s supposed to be due at move in date!! If you’re denied they will take you money, over 300 dollars and can deny you for whatever reason they see fit! It’s a big scam!! Friendly to get you in the door, then lies completely afterwards. Gilbert will smile and sell you a empty dream. He tells you all these great things to get you excited and then the ball drops. This place is terrible. It starts with the structure of the building. I’m on the ground floor and the two separate apartments above me I can hear, feel , and smell everything. I promise I’m not lying, my son and I are only getting decent sleep in the living room because the other tenant on that side is way quieter. The lady and her kids above my son and I room DO NOT STOP running up n down until 3am. I’ve told the front office no help. It’s also mold infested here, spiders, and bugs I cannot name are infested over here. They patch up the ceilings for fixtures but it’s not beneficial. Also if you’re going through a private owner like I did too. Please triple check your place! Some things you have to go through the leasing office and it’s a dumb un-resolving process. Safety? This place is not up to code. Do not move here if you care about your family. In 2017, electrical fire. In 2021 another electrical fire. And just in the past year yet ANOTHER ELECTRICAL FIRE. They don't care about their residents. My fire alarms never went off in 2021. this management company needs to be held accountable for the lack of care. On top of that my bestfriend was murdered here. Do not move here.

You’ll love living here! I moved in about four months ago and the experience has been the best of any apartment I’ve lived in. Sasha has always been a huge help and is quick to respond to any concern. I feel like I get so much for what I pay. We’re right off 85! The amount of trees and nature surrounding us here is like a little paradise in the middle of the fast paced city life. Being right off the highway is super convenient and there are so many restaurants around to enjoy. The maintenance crew is also amazing. They handle requests super fast! Also the grounds are maintained. It helps when you live in a community that cares! Super happy with my choice here, and so is my pup. I have a feeling I’ll be here for awhile!
