the management team better buy us, the residents fresh hot food since there isn’t no power, therefore no refrigeration system, no ac and my food has already gone bad so i need $500 compensation aswell for everyone else it’s too damn hot outside it’s too damn hot inside open the pool or something

fix your damn power the a/c is always broken when it’s gonna be the hottest week of the summer and they’re gonna have to compensate people for the food going bad since there isn’t any power and rn they maintence people aren’t doing anything they’re on their phones

the maintence team needs to retire and they never fix stuff either they just put chemicals or replace something and call it a day and the manager always has an excuse and will blow up your phone for any minor inconvenience and my food can’t be heated up since it’s gone bad cause there isn’t power and the lady apartment 120 is always outside looking for gossip

This is the perfect ghetto to live in if you are a Mexican who doesn't want to live by any rules or laws. The manager barely speaks English. If you complain about loud music, you get threatened with eviction. There are packs of unleashed chihuahuas roaming the complex, growling and barking at everyone. My window was smashed by my neighbor when I told him I was calling the police about his loud party. The manager let it slide because he paid for the window. GHETTO.

Drugs Bugs Loud parties everyday of the week English is frowned upon Parking is impossible..and if you do get a spot you may be towed even if your a resident and office will not vouch for you as well hope you dont have a car you like in a week youll have 10 or 15 new door dings.. Manholes have no covers on them..hold your little ones very close as there are open man holes all around the property. Stray dogs and cats every where and dont complain to managnent if you do you will be bullied with eviction notice for questioning property manager as well of you ask for her manager and property leasing company coorperate office.. Clearly the resident property manager isnt familiar with fair tenants act...
