Las Colinas Townhomes

I had a really great experience living at this townhome community. The property is well maintained, quiet, and feels genuinely comfortable and safe. Management was responsive and professional whenever I had a question, and any small issues were handled quickly and respectfully. The townhome itself was clean, well laid out, and easy to feel at home in. I especially appreciated how smooth and straightforward the overall experience was, from move-in to day-to-day living. It’s clear the team here takes pride in the community and the way residents are treated. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a solid, stress-free living experience.

My wife and I have lived her for over a year and have loved ever minute of living here. The office manager, Lizzie, is a Rockstar! They are helpful with our needs, the community is amazing and supportive. The rent is crazy reasonable, and the property is beautiful! You should move here because my wife and I have loved every second of living here.

My husband and I have lived here going on two years now. The only reason we have stayed is because of how amazing Lizzie, the property manager, is. She really goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy and comfortable here. Plus the community of neighbors are great!

Not enough dumpsters and now city won't come to collect. Office staff doesn't care. Trash hasn't been picked up now for 2 weeks and with the holidays there is so much of it and now it's smelling really bad. It's blowing on everybody's lawns and it's embarrassing to have anyone come over to these " luxury apartments "

Current tenant here. Communication is horrible. You leave messages and it takes days for them to reply. Construction was horrible. My hot water is on the wrong side and my dishwasher door barely closes I have to move it to shut. Washer and dryer are very small. I was lucky to fit my king comforter in there. Claim it’s luxury but everything is so cheap.
