Las Colinas Association

The Las Colinas Association is filled with people that care and want the best for the area. I can tell you firsthand being a property owner in the area these folks work hard to make the community better for both commercial and residential folks Over the past few years, they have put together some amazing improvements for the area that our building is in. They have also been focusing on driving traffic too areas of the city that truly needed it. Hats off to you, Las Colinas Association and your team for being a professional driving force for success in our beautiful town . Keep up the great work!

Horrible - rude - from Their Architecture control committee to their front desk to their security patrol. We need get rid of this HOA - It is a joke to have 2 in Las Colinas. These folks do nothing for us , other than collect our money. They also NEVER return messages... their compliance people are always in the Field...what a joke... I wish we could get rid of them, they do nothing for us.

Thank you for such a beautiful community! The Christmas lights🎄 in the trees and on the bridges were absolutely beautiful! Flowers 🌺around the clock are always lovely and so attractive for all the thousands of residents and visitors that pass🚴‍♀️🚙🛵🚃✈️ through our city. Keep up the great work! The entire area is exceptional. You are all appreciated very much. Great to call Las Colinas our home for over 20 years!

First of all, we have been in this las colinas association since 2004. This year was the first year with a "new" guy name Raymond Ray. I felt like we are been discriminated and nitpick on little things. Example are we planted some annual summer flowers in front of our flower bed (which we do every year), and he said we need to submit permit for that. We removed two dead crape myrtle trees in front due to freezed weather and replaced with two small japaneses maples 15 years ago. Now, he said we also need to submit permit. I'm not sure that he does this to all the members in the association or not, but this is the first time we felt so unwelcome in this area. Some of the permits he wants us to submit that is 5 to 10 years old .

HOA changed the residential lawn service company from Brightview to Clean Scapes. Terrible services and all the neighbors have to clean up after Clean Scapes mow the lawn. They don't even rake & blow the leaves. HOA is cutting back on services or Clean Scapes is not doing their job. Will have yo investigate
