Las Brisas Apartments

This apartment complex is seriously lacking. They have a service that was unasked for for trash pickup that clearly doesn't do their job. And they tow vehicles. Not a care in the world new tenants or transitioning vehicles. The apartments are cheap, overpriced, and with all sincerity.. just avoid the headache and choose somewhere else. There's mold in the units, water leaks when it rains, and the pest control does a miniscule sweep and expects miracles for insects. Management doesn't answer or respond in a timely manner whatsoever. Did you get accidentally locked out after hours, call the locksmith even though it's literally just past office hours. The area is known for losing power during heavy rain, when everywhere else does have utilities. The parking lot floods and parking spaces that

Awful, cheap, and overpriced apartments. If you're apartment hunting seriously consider NOT renting here.They will charge you an endless amount of random fees and what they offer is a joke. Washer and dryer where 90% of the time they eat your coins and don't work at all. Maintenance is an even bigger joke, had a leak last year and called it in, they ended up just patching it with some cheap paint and the leak came back and stained some of the clothes in the closet. It smelled awful and it happened in multiple rooms. Overall if I could give zero stars I would. Horrible apartments, awful utilities, cheap and overpriced. Do not recommend.

I am been charged 464 dollars because they had to clean the stove, the kitchen the restroom. Which I left the apt. clean. I do admit the blinds and one of the door were damaged. That's why I was not given the deposit back. A deposit of 295 dollars. How much can a cheap door and cheap blinds coast. Because the material they buy are the most expensive. I left the apt clean. Why am i supposed to pay for the extra things they wanted to do to have the apt ready for the next tendant. Another thing the company is willing to spend a whole on another company to "clean" the apt but yet not to put new door frames or door knobs that won't come off so easily.
