Apartments complex is amazing, lived here for 3 years and honestly would have stayed longer if my family wouldn’t have grown in numbers. Great friendly staff property is well taken care off and tenants are friendly. Always felt safe for myself and family in Peninsula Commons.

Very impressed with the professionalism at Peninsula Commons. The property itself is well-maintained and up-to-date. The manager, Edgar, is friendly, attentive, and extremely customer-focused. I visited five complexes in the Brownsville area, and Peninsula Commons was head and shoulders above the rest.

At first it seemed too good to be true. After a whole year nothing has changed. Living at Peninsula Commons has been a dream, nearly flawless. The build quality of our apartment is higher than any other place i’ve lived. The only thing that has broken was the microwave and maintenance responded to fix this very quickly. The common areas of the property are maintained beautifully. The people that work here are very kind and have great attention to detail. I have to give a special thanks to Hector, he has been the most pleasant land lord i’ve ever dealt with. I wanted to buy a home after a year but now me and my wife would almost rather just stick around here because it is so nice.

Peninsula Commons is an absolutely wonderful place to live. I lived there for about 5 years. The Tenant manager and staff are top notch. They always communicate early and often whenever there is news or work around the community. Anytime (which was rare) an appliance needed maintenance the work was done almost immediately and with great care. The community is kept clean and all the amenities are kept up to date and in great working condition. I would recommend peninsula commons to anyone moving to Brownsville who would like a clean gorgeous apartment to live in with top quality staff in all regards.
