San Jacinto Title Services : Brownsville

In my experience as a buyer, I did not feel adequately represented by this title company. Communication delays and inconsistent information made the process stressful, and many updates seemed directed toward the seller rather than me. I expected more transparency and support. Based on my experience, I would not choose this company again.

Nellie and Alex are awesome! We've probably closed 75 transactions through them and they always are on the ball. Often I get emails from them late at night because they're still working. Definitely the place to go for your real estate closings!

We showed up early to close on a refinance and the receptionist took us in right away. He was polite and patient with us answering our questions and allowing us to review the document. We were in and out in less than an hour.

They are currently my title company for the sale of my house. They are very professional and friendly. Great service. I definitely recommend them beyomd a doubt. This is not the first title company I deal with. I'm happy I'm using them for my closing.

Great and very helpful people do what they say they're gonna do, and they explain everything till you understand.
