Larson Commons

I tried to call to tell them why I gave 2 stars, but no one answers the phone. That's why I lowered the rating. Larson commons has No One working the office, Wendy from Pennel comes by every now and then to grab rent checks, there's no maintenance on site anymore, if you accidently lock yourself out ( it's a secret, someone on the 7 th floor has a key to everyone's apartment, who also cleans and takes trash out of common areas, ) but there's no posting of it the Building. Used to be a great place. No communication now. Residents are still waiting on copies of new lease agreement and qualification notice for HUD. And if you call to try and leave a request for maintenance , you can't. Answering machine full. They told residents to leave a note in the office that Is locked and closed every d

No one returns messages when a person leaves them. I saw your response about calling again with the phone number provided. I left another message I have been doing this for a year. I have gotten replys on this review from Larson commons asking me to call the number they provided on the review and that's the number that messages have been left on and no one returns the calls.
