If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Let's just start off by saying the management here is nonexistent. Kat the so called building manager, answers her phone almost never so don't waste your time trying to reach her. Along with that, she does not relay information to people, for example the maintenance man. Nothing gets fixed right away, and if it does they try for about a minute and then tell you that you have to call someone else to fix the problem, as well as pay more than you should because he would rather be doing something else. 90% of the people who live here complain about every little thing, so unless you follow THEIR rules you should be fine otherwise you will get warnings about cutting your toenails on the floor because it is too loud for the person beneath you.
