Carlton Lofts

I have lived here since the very beginning and Jennifer sure changed everything. We are safe and cared for every day. Jeremy fixes everything so fast and does a good job. Missy makes it clean and smells so good. It is a wonderful place to live!

Staff is very helpful and courteous. Maintenance team does a fantastic job from keeping snow removed, fixing small issues, and keeping the building in order. management is very friendly and quick to answer questions or concerns that you may have. Definitely one of the better apartments I've lived in!!

Carlton lofts is a great and relaxing process if you wanna move. Didnt stress me out at all. Easy process to get a apartment. Staff is really nice and answered all my questions I asked. Apartments and place is clean and nice. Very quiet, barley see people if you dont like interacting with people or are a quiet person. Overall really like the place.

We use Carlton Lofts’ community room and gym for a program connecting with local youth and it has been an amazing space to use. Can’t believe a gym is available, especially during the winter, to let students shoot hoops and play volleyball - a great way to hang with friends and get some energy out! We’ve had only positive experiences with the tenants and staff when weve been using the space. Glad this place exists and we can utilize it

I have lived at Carlton Lofts since they opened. I can confidently say, the current management team is the absolute best and has completely turned the community into a great and safe place to live.
