Larkspur Woods

I had a great experience living here. Hailee, the property manager, is absolutely wonderful, she’s kind, joyful, funny, and very professional. She learns residents’ names quickly and actually remembers details from past conversations, which really makes you feel valued and heard. The maintenance team is also excellent. They’re respectful, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any requests. Every time I needed help, they were efficient and genuinely nice. The only downside is the surrounding area. Unfortunately, there were instances where homeless individuals jumped the fence, and there was an attempt to steal my sister’s car, which was concerning. Aside from that issue, everything else about living here was great, and the staff truly made a positive difference in our experience.

We absolutely love living at Larkspur Woods! We just renewed our lease and can honestly say this is by far the best place we’ve ever lived. Maintenance is quick, reliable, and always on top of things. The neighbors are friendly, and the staff truly cares about keeping the community in great shape. They power wash the steps, pick up trash, refresh the mulch, repaint the parking lot, trim the trees, and continually stay ahead on upkeep. It’s rare to find an apartment complex that puts in this much effort. The pool is lovely and relaxing, and I always feel safe walking around at night. I feel genuinely cared for here and plan to stay for a long time!!

Will miss this wonderful community, location and of course, the staff. I lived here the past 2.5 years and loved how personable the leasing and maintenance staff were. It is all about relationships and Larkspur goes the distance in getting to know their residents, their pets, and how to enhance their services. From the monthly food truck visits and special seasonal events, to the big and small dog treats always available in the clubhouse, to the smiles and greetings you get when wandering around the property. Location is awesome for commuting into Sacramento as it is 2 exits away. Awesome park and walking trails around the complex. I am going to miss living here as I relocate to the Midwest, and wish this team well. I have had happy memories here.

The whole process of moving to a new apartment/City can be very tiring and stressful. However, I didn’t have to look any further after my Tour with Kaiya (and Hailee). They made my partner and I feel very welcomed, responded to all of our questions in a timely manner, and continue to provide the best customer/tenant service possible! The surrounding area is quiet and there is a huge community park just a minute or two (walking) away! I had to place a maintenance request and EDDIE was punctual, communicated effectively, and handled business while I was out. Thank you Eddie (Maintenance) and the Leasing Office for all that you do. We are very happy that we decided to sign with you all and look forward to the future!

Living here has been a breeze of fresh air! 3 years now and I appreciate how great communication of the office is. Kaiya the assistant is amazing always with a smile and great with answering all my questions and handling all my issues. Haley is also amazing, Kaiya and Haley are definitely a good face for this company ! Don’t plan on moving anytime soon ! Haven’t met the new manager yet but with this foundation should be an easy squeeze ! If you’re looking for an apartment definitely come look at Larkspur !
