If you wanna live here. Don't. I've had multiple people have the same exact issues as myself. UPDATE: they posted the lie below, they don't do as much as they say. We followed up and still no response so this was comment was likely added as a way to seem friendly to new applicants. They will be nice upfront and on media, but as soon as you sign the lease they will drop the facade and throw you into a ditch. I've lived at almost all the nearby apartments and this one is somehow the worst, which is a really hard challenge to beat. The tour room and building is perfectly fabricated to seem clean and amazing, but if you look at anything outside the tour it's covered in grime, dog poop, human bodily fluid. I moved into lark almost a year ago, and even though i am planning to move out at the end of my lease, this has overall been a wonderful place to live. The apartment comes with a couch, front room tv, and beds with a decent bedframe, as well as under bed storage; the bed itself is a little uncomfortable if you dislike spring mattresses so I recommend a mattress topper. They have a study lounge and game lounge open 24 hours; the study lounge has comfortable chairs and even couches, and the game lounge has a full tennis table and several other games. There are also a lot of nice grass spots and even fields for dogs to relieve themselves, as well as a small dog park, however a part of the fence in the dog park is broken so most large dogs could jump over it. These apartments are fine themselves if you have good roommates. They just have maintenance issues that are usually fixed fast, but the people they send do not care about your belongings or are nasty. We had a maintenance man come by and he openly sneezed all over our stuff or would just top his tools on our personal items. The water here is terrible too, its very smelly and has a bad effect on your skin. I never feel clean even after a proper shower. As soon as i moved away for a bit, my skin cleared up and felt much cleaner. Just expect to have monthly visits from pest control due to so many ants in the complex. I have been living here for about a month now and while it hasn’t been long, I really love this place. Compared to all the other apartment complexes in the area, this place is the best. It’s secluded and kind of tucked in a corner which makes me feel safe. Management is very nice and quick to respond. Both of the ladies who work in the rent drop office/front office are extremely nice and helpful. Our washer broke a couple weeks ago and maintenance replaced it immediately with a better, newer one. Maintenance is also very nice and will fix anything very quickly. The complex is pretty clean aside from some trash on the ground but that is from residents. Overall, I really enjoy living here and I would recommend it to anyone. Also, my apartment 4bx4b is HUGE.

I lived at the Lark during two separate occasions. When I returned the second time, they had started doing valet trash pick up. I think that was their downfall because it smelled really nasty and the floors were always stained due to the trash spilling out. The stench was disgusting. At one point I had to send a request to management to power wash the floors because it had gotten so bad. In my experience, dropping it off in the larger disposal bin worked better than allowing trash to sit outside, attract flies and create a nasty odor. We had issues with pest control because of this and my roommates weren't open to coordinating pest control visits. I ultimately I had to request a transfer to a different unit. Also, since you can only put a limited amount of trash outside for valet pickup,
