This place is great. Everything has been great. From start to right now. Just resigned my lease and thought a review might help others share the great experience. The entire office staff is terrific. Mikayla has been great since assuming the manager role. Jesse, however is always attentive and nice when dealing with him. He’s been the backbone through the transition faze of management. Greystar is very fortunate to have him. DYLAN MYERS is the man. He works tirelessly round the clock to ensure the tenants are properly taken care of. Every time I see that guy, he is always doing something with a smile. Does that guy ever get a day off? LOL. I really enjoyed my experience with Jesse, he was really kind and informative! The property looks great and the location seems really convenient. Very professional and definitely a refreshing experience while trying to find my next home, I’d highly recommend!

Lariat is a wonderful community! Gabriella was extremely helpful during the application process and move in. She has been also amazing every time we need something from the management office. They have rent and move in specials. We are very happy living here!

The staff is friendly at the leasing office and the gym isn’t bad for a community gym. Quick write up on some of the crime we’ve experienced since moving here. Just a few months ago, a man shot his ex gf while she was in her car, then shot himself in the parking lot. 5-6 months ago, the SWAT surrounded one of the townhomes, because a criminal was living there and he was refusing to come out. How he even was able to live here when they do criminal record checks, is beyond me. My wife and I have noticed multiple drug deals going down, while walking our dogs mid-day. Both of our vehicles have also been broken into. It’s just not a safe place to live. After living here for 1.5 years, I finally saw security walking around for the first time, within the last month of living there. I guess that
