Driving behind this business's vehicle and looking at the very clearly marked LaPlante Builders logo immediately next to Political Stickers and driving terribly. It's bad enough that you're displaying who you voted for on a professional vehicle, but not using your blinker? Are we 16?

John LaPlante and his team were easy to work with, responsible and timely. We used them for a major building renovation for our small medical practice and they provided great workmanship, rolled with the challenges & troubleshooted well when we ran into any unexpected bumps in the road. John is kind and a pleasure to work with. We are thrilled with our end result.

Met with John on our new property. He gave an estimate on building our new home without looking at the plans. After finally glancing at the blueprints he estimated about 85% higher than the architect, who works with many builders, had estimated the cost of build to be. Not sure if he just didn’t what to do the job but, wow. He did say he would do a formal estimate, took the plans we paid $5000.00 to have professionally done and stated he “lost” them when I called to get them back. Have called several times and left messages, still nothing. Definitely would not recommend, first impressions are everything. I will send the bill to him to have another copy made by my architect. Please don’t reply with “we don’t recognize you being in with us” because we met at our property and I was never in

LaPlante Builders performed some home renovations for me. I was very satisfied with the quality of the completed job, as well as enjoyed courteousness and professionalism of the crew involved. I would definitely use LaPlante's services again in the future.

We have worked with John and his team on a few projects, from finishing our basement to building a large recreation barn. Always honest, there when he says he will be, transparent, and direct. Very good to work with, and flexible and creative as the project evolves. We are already planning the next project! :)
