She always answered my calls right away or got right back to me if I had to leave a message. She learned all of my likes and dislikes and remembered them all when we would look at a house.... if there was something that wouldn't work for me that I hadn't noticed she would point it out. Kristin is the most competent and honest realtor we have ever had. Three years ago, when we were looking to buy a home in Anacortes, we found her through good google reviews. Quickly, we developed trust in her. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market, the in and out of the neighborhoods. Most importantly, she had utter integrity. The market was red hot at that time, she could make a quick buck, but she ejected a lot of our potential homes one after the other. One was too poor in construction quality. Another was a beautiful home at chuckanut drive, but she knew that I was noise sensitive. So she video taped the place and I could gauge the noise level without being there. With her help, we bought a home sight unseen. Via Facetime, she showed us the house, the layout and each room.
