American Dream took over my lease after the original agency closed. My only interaction with the property manager Leanord was at the very end as we were vacating. As a tenant he was great to deal with and as a landlord myself I was very impressed with the thoroughness of his exit inspection.

This is my fourth rental with Leonard and American Dream, and once again, it’s been a great experience. The space is super clean, brand new, and just a short walk from everything I need—which makes small-town living even better. Leonard has always been an awesome landlord—responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the properties and the people in them. It’s not easy to find someone you can consistently trust when it comes to renting, but with Leonard, I always know I’m in good hands. Highly recommend!

Best property managers I’ve rented from before. Leonard is very transparent and up front about all issues with the property and made us feel at ease. Very respectful of our privacy! During a cold snap while I was deployed, we had a furnace issues and Leonard and team personally delivered heaters for my wife and kids while fixing the furnace!

this is my second time working with American Dream and we’ve had a great experience both times. Leonard makes himself available personally for his clients and anytime we had an issue or needed something it was quickly resolved. They are our go to when for all things property in Skagit!

Leonard and his staff are very responsive and accommodating. Needed a hot water heater replaced and it was done promptly and with minimum disruption. Great help in terms of leasing the property while I was out of state. Highly recommend. Would rent from them again.
