I called Luke at Cascade Mold Inspection LLC on a Friday for a mold inspection in one of our rental units. He was able to come on Monday and did a thorough visual inspection and took several air samples. I received a comprehensive report promptly after he said the results would be in. Very easy to work with! I highly recommend!!

Luke really knows MOLD--its identification, abatement, cleanup. But his knowledge and experience go beyond mold to other bio-hazard situations caused by fire, etc. After working with many similar companies, I found the recommendations of Cascade Mold to be among the very best!!!

i contacted the company a little over a week ago and Luke L responded to the inspection in a very timely manner as well showed on time as scheduled. As soon as he entered the home introduced himself, asked important questions that he needed to know. throughout performing his inspection i was able to have any question or concern answered. Luke was very friendly, concerning, respectful to myself, wife, oldest daughter of that day. Luke did not make me feel his time was being overtaken although he covered crawl space. main floor , upstairs in such a smooth timely manner. we were able to discuss the appropriate action to take with tape and air samples be indeed easily identifiable mold in house. i got my report back in the time expected.
