Langdon Park at Fort Washington

If I could put 0 I would. Constant leaks from the unit above for 9/12 months of our lease. Roach ingestion as soon as we moved in the was not treating. Got left with a hole in my ceiling for a week with a baby in the unit. The people above of are suspected of tampering with pipes and being over occupancy and we were only granted a $300 off our last months rent after having non stop leak and ceiling issues. While the maintenance and leasing team are nice this apartment is not safe to live in. Especially with kids. Our car got vandalized and they couldn’t do anything. Someone else’s car got their tires stolen. Roaches everywhere even though we are clean people. DO NOT LIVE HERE

I have rented from many places and this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had. From the lease signing all the way to the end of my tenure I had a horrible experience and I don’t recommend anyone to rent here before knowing all of this information. 1. When I was set to move in I asked to view my unit prior to signing my lease and was told I would be able to come in a week prior to my move in date. When I called to confirm, they told me that the unit would not be ready until the day before my move in. I reluctantly signed my lease and completed all the necessary steps to move in. 2. The day before I was scheduled to move in I was told I could come to the complex at 10am to view my unit by Chaunte. The lease renewal went smoothly last year, but this year, they waited until the month of renewal, but they should've sent it 60-90 days before my renewal time approached. I repeatedly told him about 2 months leading up, a number of times. That's the only real issue I have with the complex is that the leasing office doesn't communicate well or often enough with keeping me in the loop with on-going maintenance issues (usually leaking bathroom ceiling) or when I get to them on a different issue, they don't have a timeline to share or I have to follow-up with them after they told me they would follow-up with me. Keep in mind, I don't interact with them very often, but I would say this communication issue happens 3 out of 5 times.

Could’ve been a bit more engaging, caring, or even dedicated at trying to get people into your community! After my app was denied , I called to get a better clarification or suggestion and the receipt just kinda made me feel like it wasn’t her job to explore or even talk to me after they got my $125, nevertheless I get the $100 back in about a month😒 . I will be looking at better opportunities with better customer friendly staff.

I've had a fantastic experience living at Langdon Park at Ft. Washington! From day one, the management and maintenance teams have been friendly, responsive, and truly care about the residents.
