Update 6/9: I finally got through. For future residents the wait list is closed even for market rate units for the next 18 months. ================================== What is the corporate number because nobody answer the phone or email back. I drive up there on Friday at 10 am and it was closed (sign said closed for the day for training) I can’t get anyone by phone or in person . I’m unsure if I should submit an application, I don’t want my personal information given to a place that has poor communication.

I got to meet with Miss.Amaya last week and she was super nice and pleasant to work with. She was very great with communication and letting me know how the process was going to go. She answered all my questions and told me what to expect. Even the maintenance man was very nice and helpful, he even answered some questions I had about the complex and the units. I’m very impressed with the staff and their response time and I can’t wait to meet with them again.

The property is an actually nice . The only problem is you can never get through to someone in the office or by email and most times no one’s in office . There should be more than one property manager . There is a person who helps out and does a great job with planning things . But she can’t help with leasing or problems tenants have especially with recerts . I’ve also called and emailed conifer llc . No response either . New management for about the 12th time around April 2025 . She is the worst . Rude , mean and harass residents & I’m one including my children . None of the residents can contact corporate. The things going on is sickening . Corporate is the reason for all this and I will get to the bottom of this . I live here 6 years in peace with my children and I can now barely rest

I’ve called, I’ve emailed, I’ve gone in person and no answer! This complex and company is the worst! I’ve even emailed my application to Brooke Cohen and their main email address and never received a response. Two days ago I left a voicemail and still no answer! I am a single mother of 2 looking for a 3 bedroom apartment for my kids! If you don’t have it then say that so I can look into other properties! Just disgusting!

If I could give this place a zero I would. Horrible place to do business with! Its very seldom that anyone ever answers the phone Or returns any voicemails or emails for that matter. You literally have to try to catch them leaving in the parking lot. Not even upper management! The office has such a high turn over rate that even if you do get in touch with someone it’s different than the last time and they never know what your talking about and always have nasty attitudes! They just say they’ll get back with you and never do. Tracking this place down has become a second job for me! Someone stole my rent money out of the drop box and cashed it and this matter has yet to be resolved and it’s been a total of 5 months and with zero accountability or help from the office! In fact they act like i
