First time homebuyer here! I worked with Jarriel to purchase my home and I cannot recommend him enough. He was very knowledgeable about the area and listened to what my needs and wants were and helped to get me in a house that met all of them. He gave good advice that helped me to narrow down locations based on my preferences and was responsive, professional and was always respectful of my time. His network of inspectors are also excellent, they caught major hidden issues that saved me from some very stressful repairs down the line. All in all Jarriel and his team helped to make the process as seamless as possible despite some challenging situations. I will use him again if I have any real estate needs in the future.

Working with Jarriel Jordan was disappointing. While he is knowledgeable, his priorities seemed centered on making money & his next client rather than fully supporting us. Jarriel asked us to sign a contract before meeting him without mentioning his termination fee. And while he showed us three homes near each other within a couple a days—which I found myself. He sent us a $600 termination fee because we were not happy with his services. Based on my experience, I would not recommend him. In addition to Jarriel’s feedback, he put an offer on a home and during the inspection made us very uncomfortable because he wanted the sale. He rolled his eyes to his assistant Luis, because we were concerned with how the inspection was going. I mentioned this during the inspection and he did not address
