Lane At Towne Crossing

My experience at Lane at Towne Crossing was great! My leasing agent, Alana Hogan, took good care of us from the moment we walked in. She truly cares about her tenants, and what I appreciated the most was that she actually showed us the exact apartment we wanted to live in — and we love it! We moved in on 10/30/2025, and the whole process went smoothly. Alana made everything easy and stress-free. She was patient, respectful, and even stayed late to review our application, which really showed her dedication and character. The rest of the leasing staff also seemed friendly and professional. Overall, I love the area and I’m very happy with our experience. Thank you, Alana!

Went in today for information and ended up with an apartment! We spoke with Alana, who answered all our questions, toured us, and honestly made the entire experience so easy and fun. Alana was absolutely amazing! She answered all my questions from serious ones to crazy and was super chill which is hard to find with leasing agents.
