They are prompt with addressing any maintenance issues, and always forthcoming with communication updates. I especially want to shout out Kim Yanez for being an excellent property manager. She's truly a gem and has helped me resolve a toxic neighbor situation super quickly and with compassion and understanding. I was a tenant with Landon Management Services for almost two years and I had an excellent experience living in one of their homes! The communication was top tier. Every time I put a maintenance request in, it was handled quickly and with care. I was never waiting weeks for things to get managed or for a response. UPDATE: In trying to address these maintenance issues legally, the landlord practiced retaliatory behaviors In terminating the lease on top of discrimination through their maintenance workers. Best deal in town??? You'll end up paying 300-500% more in utility and maintenance costs yourself... Absolutely the worst landlords I've ever encountered. Been living here for nearly 3 years. Complained about bad wiring and poor insulation after move in when first heat wave hit. It's been nearly 3 years now, still nothing from them about addressing these issues. Because wiring was haphazardly dangerous, I pulled wires thru new conduits I put up myself and put in GFCi outlets all out of my pockets.
