Landmark

Upon moving in, I was excited to live at Landmark, as the neighborhood itself is beautiful and the apartment set up is nice. Although I’ve had many issues that were unforeseen, making my living space extremely uncomfortable. Pests: During the winter months, I would see at least five silverfish in my unit a week. When the summer months began, my building was EXTREMELY INFESTED WITH ROACHES. I could not go a day without killing at least six of them, and pest control had to treat our entire building weekly. This didn’t solve anything, as I would see a litter of them in the hallway every night I came home. I’ve been here since August and I’ve had a few issue BUT between the ladies in the office the maintenance crew they have been extremely attentive and helpful. They have made me feel like no matter how little or big my issue is I have been top priority. I also love how secure I feel living here and not to forget I landed in the best building with a group of AMAZING NEIGHBORS.

My move in experience was very simple. The office lease experts were very patient with all my questions and more than welcoming. My space is exactly as described . I love my new home

I had a great experience living at Landmark. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, which made it feel very comfortable and safe. The leasing staff were welcoming and supportive throughout my stay, always approachable whenever I needed assistance. Overall, it has been a positive and enjoyable place to live.

I have lived here for 3 months and have never have a problem. Move in process was so seamless and property management team was very communicative through out the whole process. My building and the grounds are so quiet/peaceful. As a single female I have never felt unsafe living here!
