Landings Real Estate Group

I was going to contact Landings directly, however their website is down (2/8/2025). This is the ultimate irony. This company has nearly one billion dollars in assets yet the website is broken, just like the company. I am writing this as a first attempt to make things right after moving into one of their RI properties a few months ago. I was in an emergency situation, as I needed to find a decent place at the last minute that was close to family for serious medical reasons. I presented this information to the woman in charge of the leasing office. Within a few hours I was there to see the apartment and had my parents come along as it was my mother I would be caring for. I wanted her to see how close I would be living to her to assist with her treatment. Things were looking pretty good

Lived there years ago, under a different name. Bad management company at the time. Unreasonable to deal with and take you over the coals on security deposits. UPDATE: I even said under a different name and you just hit me with a stock cookie cutter response. Trust me. I lived there. 500 dollars for an oven cleaning fee.

Beautiful area, nice rental only issue was .Katie Ellis she was in charge. I left money for the housekeeping and saw her stealing the money I left the girl. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

Clean convenient to all restaurants and invents . Lots of parkking.

Very horrible management company
