Landings At East Pointe Apartments in Ft. Myers

I’ve lived at The Landings at East Point for about five years now, and I’ve seen a lot of people come and go during that time. We recently got a new management company and a new property manager, Holly, and she has been so nice. She really listens to the residents and is trying to fix whatever she can. It’s nice to feel heard for a change. She seems like a great fit for our community and definitely knows what she’s doing. I also appreciate that she keeps it honest with us. That means a lot.

Reviews are not helping the situations tenants are having. No one answers the phones nor do they respond to work orders. My daughter has put in 3 work orders pertaining to her stove not working properly. It sparks fire when you turn it on. I know this because I have visited her numerous times when it happens. I need to speak with corporate office about poor manage at this property. Tenants should not have to live this way. When it's time to collect their rent, management seem to be on time. If any of you have the corporate number please share it. If I can get it I will definitely share to all. This kind of unjust fair treatment has got to stop. I will say this..If my daughter n grands get hurt due to your faulty stove or an electrical problem because you failed to do something about it, ma

As far as the location and the people living in the community is fine. Although the patrol unit that comes out every once in awhile to check on things, and to handle situations. They sometime tend to interfere with the people that has nothing to do with the reason why they're there. Overall The Landings at East Pointe apartment is it enjoyable place to live

Its an ok place to live if u dont mind people in your business. Nosey neighbors and maintenance will walk into your home without your knowledge. My sister was just getting out the shower when they walked in on her smh. Other than that, its a comfortable place to live. Cheap and close to alot of mom and pop stores.

On behalf of my daughter this place takes your money and send notifications to a address you don't live at even though you contact them and give them a address change!!!!
