Landings At Cedar Creek Apartments

Just enjoyed an amazing Halloween Event at the Landings At Cedar Creek Townhomes!!! Xfinity was on-site with their Truck that had all the latest phones on display, prizes, candy and pizza!!! Rhonda & Kylie are part of the AMAZING property professionals who are so nice, knowledgeable and welcoming!!! 10 out 10 I would recommend this community as a great place to stay!!!!

I have been living here for the past 4 to 5 years and ever since this new management company has taken over I have had nothing but issues with my billing. I keep being falsely charged for a utility closet that is not mine, also issues with renters insurance, and this has been going on almost a year. Every month I have to take time out to go up to the office to have these charges removed. No one ever picks up phone calls or return emails. Always false promises the issue will be fix and it still hasn't. I even supposedly spoke to one of the owners in person last month and yet the problem still persist.

Since the change in management I have been impressed with all the changes. I particularly appreciate the clear and consistent communication with Rhonda and Kylie. This team is professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Maintenance request and communication is great! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rhonda has been great!! I love my new apartment. It's a great friendly place to live.

I like to say that I lived at the landing at Cedar Creek for 9 years and Rhonda and Kylie are the first Secretary and Office Manager we had that actually put good work for the Tenant at the Landings at Cedar Creek.never had anyone from the Office treat us as good as those two women.I think they deserve a raise for the work they do here at the landings.and Doug the maintenance Guy is the best we ever had our here and I would love to see him get some help out here so it want be so bad on him.I like the Landing at Cedar Creek for my home and looking forward to more to come.have a blessed and safe 🫟 Holiday.Charles Wells
