Landing at Mansfield

I have lived here for a long time and am so glad Claudia is back in the office. I had a personal emergency two weeks ago afer Christmas, which landed me in the hospital and she went above and beyond to help me with some items including securing my apartment because I had to leave so abruptly with the paramedics. It is nice to live somewhere that has kind staff who care alot about their residents.

Don’t move here! The walls are paper thin, you can hear neighbors constantly, and even after quiet hours management allows kids to run up and down all night with no enforcement. The grounds are disgusting. Dog poop covers nearly every inch of the grass, smell of weed reeks through the complex. The trash bins are always overflowing and filthy, often filled with broken furniture, yet residents are still charged for trash issues on their next bill. Amenities are poorly maintained. The pool is dirty, the hot tub never works, and the gate has been broken for the entire time we lived there, eliminating any sense of security. Overall, this place is extremely poorly managed and unsanitary. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

We’ve been here about a month. It’s okay. Office staff is nice. It isn’t necessarily bad, but there are smart features advertised - those smart features aren’t even active & you can’t activate the account on your own. I’ve not seen a ring doorbell, but that’s also advertised on the property website as well as 3rd party sites like Apartments.com. I’ve taken screenshots of the advertisements, so hopefully the property management / marketing team will update that. There’s plenty of green space, and while there are regularly spaced trash cans with bags for pet feces, there’s no DNA testing of pet feces, so no one actually picks up their pet’s mess - they just leave piles of feces, making it so no one else can really use the green space (and there IS a special area just for dogs). I’ve had the pleasure of living in this community for 2 years. Also have felt safe, and the front office crew is always friendly. Today I learned they also support the small businesses in their community! I had the opportunity to work with Claudia and I’m grateful for her knowledge and her ability to get the information she needed confirmation on. Thanks guy for the help today!!

Management has refused to fix a faulty riser room sprinkler system for over 1 month (full 30 days) now. Genuinely didn’t want to make this review because this place isn’t the worst compared to other apartments in other areas. The riser pump of which I got lucky enough to live right next too, hums 4-5X LOUDER than an AC system, violently vibrating the walls all up and down the side of the building, It is a distressing and annoying sound to live with 24/7 and will be the reason I have to move from this property. The building will catch on fire with my luck sooner or later and these people will have a giant lawsuit on their hands for a faulty riser room. I will be visiting mansfields fire sherif here soon to file an official complaint to the city. This is not the direct fault of anyone that w
