I lived here for two years and really enjoyed my time here. The place is clean and peaceful. Tenants are considerate and do not play loud music. Management respond to inquiries with the appropriate level of urgency. Jasmine (Assistant Manager) treats tenants with kindness and respect. She makes an effort to ensure the community is safe and clean for all to enjoy. Jasmine welcomes feedback from the tenants and carries herself in a professional manner. Rent is fair considering the location of the apartments. There is a grocery store across the street and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The beach is about seven miles away and the 22 and 405 freeways are within three miles. Golden West College is about a mile from the apartments and there is a Highschool one block away from the

I had a fantastic experience living in this apartment complex for the past four years. Jasmine in the office is exceptional—she’s attentive, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. The management company is efficient with handling service orders and maintenance issues, always addressing problems quickly. The community is quiet and friendly, and the gated security provides a strong sense of safety, especially with nighttime security on patrol. Additionally, the location is incredibly convenient, right next to a Vons and a 7/11. Overall, this place offered a comfortable and secure living environment with excellent management.

I’ve been here for about 2 years now, and I’ve gotta say, it’s a pretty chill place. The neighbors are all super friendly, the staff is nice and i have my gym and grocery store right across the street? Can’t complain about that!

I am so pleased and thankful with the management and staff at Lamplighter Apartments. I feel that they truly care for the well-being of their residents. They have been very helpful to me and my family. They quickly and professionally tend to my requests or concerns. I am very proud to call this place my HOME!

Constantly raising the rent, and they now charge for all trash and water and they're raising the rent again for the 3rd year in a row. It's like they don't realize this complex has no amenities and barely has a pool, that can rarely be used. A tiny laundry area that is closed most of the time and now they think this place is worth $2,000/month with no patios no gyms no bbq area. Seems they are just trying to take as much money as they can.
