I purchased my home in May 23 and the independent broker who works for this company was recommended to me by a family member. I met him in Dec 22 and told him what I was looking for, this was my first home on my own. I thought he had my best interest at heart because he’s my agent and represented me. He actually took pictures of this place, to post them for the person selling the home. This is his side job. He also knew the agent selling the place. I saw the place and put a full priced bid on it, recommended by him. He recommended the home inspector and everything got approved. What I didn’t know at the time, is that the home inspector in Oregon doesn’t have to disclose everything. My agent failed to let me know this at the time. He wanted to get his money and I was rushed into this purcha
