Lakewood Apartments

I’ve had the pleasure of calling this apartment complex home for the past seven years, and as my family prepares to move on, I can confidently say that our experience here has been overwhelmingly positive and meaningful. From day one, the rental office staff has been nothing short of amazing. They have always been professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Any questions or concerns we had over the years were handled with care and respect, and it always felt like they truly valued us as residents rather than just another lease. Recently, I had the opportunity to speak with the property manager, and that interaction further confirmed the level of kindness and professionalism that defines the management team here. The maintenance team deserves special recognition. They are responsive,

Service is great, the office crew is very helpful and fast to respond to inquiries. When we called for service to repair items in our apartment they are quick to respond and fix whatever is broken or needs repair. Neighborhood is quiet, at least in our section of the complex, no loud music or cars or neighbors partying etc. Very close to all the shopping centers which makes it convenient, too. My only complaint is the floors are very creaky so you can hear almost every step your neighbor is making above you, sometimes it wakes me up in the middle of the night. Anyway, other than that I give Lakewood Apartments a 4 out of 5 stars rating.

Move-in in April and I love the location, close to shopping, restaurants, I-95, and a park and ride commuter lot if you need to travel to work in DC, VA, Pentagon and take advantage of car pools, van pools and the bus. Staff is very friendly and maintenance arrives and responds to your service requests promptly. The apartment has several floor plans to choose from and the community is quiet.

I have loved my experience here so far. The staff is kind and I love the area! Very pet friendly!

Anytime I need something fixed, maintenance shows up the same day or the very next. Staff is super friendly and helps you as much as they possibly can. Great location and the small apartments are a decent price for the location. The updates they're making inside and outside of the apartments are very nice as well. The only thing i wish was better was 24/7 pool access to adult residents since the pool is only 5ft deep and a larger fitness room.
