Lakewood Apartments

I recently had the pleasure of living in this apartment complex, and I can't say enough positive things about it. The amenities are top-notch, the maintenance team is prompt and efficient, and the manager Jennifer is very friendly, responsive and had no problem helping me with any issue I had. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops and public transportation. The community atmosphere is welcoming, making it a great place to call home. I highly recommend this apartment complex for its excellent living experience.

I inquired about an apartment months ago and have now finally moved in and been in the complex for 2 months, I absolutely love it here. This is such a quiet and easy complex where I feel safe with all the residents here. Any issues were immediately addressed by the property manager, Jenn as well by the maintenance man. The complex is super clean and have had no signs of any bugs, the complex is great about always having pest control out to spray the property! I would totally recommend you consider living here if you’re looking within Brandon!

I've lived here going on my 3rd year now. It's very quiet and affordable. Jenn is amazing, anytime I need something whether it's a maintenance request or just inquiring about anything she is always quick to respond. She's very friendly and keeps the place running good.

I loved living here! Jen the property manager is very professional and takes care of things right away. It's a quiet and nice place with alot of grass, perfect for dogs since it's a pet friendly complex. While living here, I never noticed bad crime or inconsiderate behavior. Definitely an affordable option if you're on a budget but also a great place to live.

I love living here. Jen is the best manager ever! She is always on top of any problems or concerns that residents might have. Its quiet and safe. Asbell does a great job also. He is our maintenance man. Always polite and willing to please. Thank you guys for making this my home.
