Please , please, please. Begging y’all do not move here. Stayed here a year and it’s time to go. Roaches, bad repairs, ac never fixed, an employee told me I was getting new blinds and never did, then gone say I have to pay for them. ,, never return my calls, Reviews are important please listen to me. And on top of it all when I’m ready to leave cause my lease ends in sept 2025 they tell me I was supposed to write a 60 days notice telling them, I left them a voicemail because the paper I received did not have an spot to say no longer want to reside/ renew lease and my notice did not give no reminder saying to write a letter. If so I would’ve done so. Then gone say they never received my voicemail, and it’s in the lease. Who remembers everything in the lease???… this place is a scam, and I r

I have lived here since 2021. Rent has gone up dramatically for absolutely no work being done in my apartment. I pay for washers and dryers in my rent when I already have to pay for them when I actually use them. My biggest issue is my bathtub has been clogged for 2 months now, I put in a work order with the management and didn’t hear anything for 3 weeks until I went over in person to complain about it not being fixed and the lady at the front desk said “I’m just now looking at it” Me and my spouse are active duty service members and we do physical training everyday and need to shower very often. Let me tell you, we have not showered in our own apartment for over a month now because it is STILL NOT FIXED. We have to shower on base in a gym. We’ve tried unclogging it ourselves as well. Eve

Cockroaches , cheap paint , floor started popping up within 2 months of living there to the point I could barely open my front door took them 1 months to fix it and that's only because I threatened to call the fire department. Sink fell down due to insulation toilet leaks old cabinets nothing is new except the cheap floor that pops up every time it rain my floor is still straight wood it's been a week I've been waiting on a contractor to come back they put up a new front door and didn't even secure the sides of the door so u can still see the inside of the wall all way around the door . Its 1350 plus a 42$ fee for paying online they only have 1 maintenance man . Landlord is very nasty don't open her mouth to greet you nor make eye contact while your talking just act as if she's so busy on

When I moved in my apartment was not ready, but Mrs. Diane did her best to push it and it was a success at the time. Now my paint is cracking, things are steady leaking and they have very bad spiders. I called the office several times to be put on pest control and I am guessing the lady in there now is just over her job she states that I am added to the list, but they have never came. WHAT AM I PAYING FOR? Its on my rent email every month. Batina can be very rude and won't even say HELLO when walking in the office, the people who work under her when they are not sure of anything she sits there and does not offer any type of feedback or help. I went in one day asking about the transfer amounts and I was told when I walked out the lady who is at the front now was like "she always late anyway

I loved the apt n was excited to learn of vaccines. However the lady in the office at Christmas time had horrible customer service. Had the look of .(I'm annoyed n have no time for you his) I knew at that time. I will not get the apt. I wasted my time because my calls was never returned. N it's February and I jus got a reply. Saying thank u for visiting.lol. while in the office on a cold day. Several tenants came in WT complaints of. No heat and over billing. It was not appealing. I couldn't get a tour of any kind. I would not recommend Lakeview to black people. The lady at the desk closest to the door. Her face would let u know..u made a wrong turn. And if you're there when a white person comes in. U will clearly see the difference. Her attitude is one of the he worst. P
