Lakeview Terrace Apartment Homes

Was not a tenant at this location but I can say from trying to tour the place and comparing against pictures from the internet, this place is not up to the standard of the price or the pictures they have posted. I tried to tour and had one scheduled and I got completely no showed, and when I called the office they did not respond. I would’ve been happy to reschedule but to drive an hour to be completely ignored (with lights being on in the office) and for no response is a complete joke. I wouldn’t advise living somewhere with this low level of professionalism.

Tommy, one of the maintenance managers is absolutely wonderful. He’s come to fix a couple things in my apartment and is always very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He even saw me walking my garbage out while maintaining the area outside and carried it for me to the dumpster because it was heavy. He is great!

I was approved for an apartment in Lakeview and was close to signing the lease when something else came up that fit my geographic requirements better. I was very pleased with how my situation was handled and the service I received from John. He knew his job, understood my concerns and supported me through the entire process. Because of him I would consider Lakeview Terrace again should I need to do so. John, you do your company proud!

Been a resident here since 2020. Rent has been raised every year with no improvements to the apartment to justify a 10% increase every year. Multiple equivalent apartments have been vacant for months and are priced less than the increase in the new lease offered. Loyalty is not rewarded and is instead punished. While Jeff, the local maintenance person, is great, the on call staff and the maintenance people for the other locations that come to help him, are not. Cops are called for domestic disturbances on a regular basis. Many residents have 0 respect for others and park in no parking areas for hours, blocking traffic and access. An unrenovated, 60's apartment that has water damage from the upstairs apartment is not worth $2500 a month. Especially when the equivalent apartment in the same

Great experience so far, apartment in a great location. Love all the amenities included: kids park, dog park, Amazon drop box! Amazing:)
