We have been homeowners at Weston Landing at Eatontown for over 10 years. Since Shiam Dattani became the community manager, we had great pleasure to work with him. Shiam is consistently responsive and professional. He responds to our requests promptly, addresses concerns with care, and always communicates clearly. I have no clue how they maintain a 4.7- must ask friends or family to review or something. But I actually live in a condo that actually uses FS residential and they are not good. I don’t want to say terrible because it’s not like they are mean. They just don’t do their jobs great lol. I need to follow up multiple times on my emails to get a reply, I always have billing issues, they don’t like to actually help solve issues. I’m not going to name drop because again, they are nice. Just not good at managing anything. As a condo owner, we are at the mercy of who our HOA chooses so my words will always go unheard. I wouldn’t have picked this company 🤷🏼‍♀️

Services have gotten far worse since this company took over management of Winding Brook. After a small snowstorm today, maybe 4"-5", 3 hours after the snow ended and they still cannot get a plow here. Previous management company would at least hire competent snow removal that reacted quickly and cleared the road during the storm so people could get out.

LISA CARNEGLIA, the Assistant Community Manager at the Goverenors Point Condo Association is by far one of the most effiecent people at work ive seen. Shes always on top of the paperwork and deadlines sending periodic reminders to the residents and following up !! kudod lisa ... Keep it up ... helps our neighborhood plus community safe and looking good !!
