My recent move-in experience was smooth and efficient. Yalitza demonstrated exceptional professionalism and helpfulness in identifying the right home for us. I also had the chance to interact with Amanda and Tyler, who were diligent in responding to my queries and concerns.

I’m from downstairs, the floors above are so creaky, audible, and do little to mute out the noise from above.. I mean, I get it.. These buildings have been on it for years.. of course the floors are gonna be worn. I barely get any sleep cause of my neighbors from upstairs are loud each time they walk or drop things (almost sound like a gunshot when they drop something)—the floors are insufferable! It’s also embarrassin, irritating, and extremely uncomfortable it is to hear having couples as neighbors to have above you. Especially when they “private time” at night.. it is a massive HEADACHE—definitely dont recommend couples choosing upstairs at this point. It is a nice and safe place to start, especially for new migrants. The property provided us a stress free, from the time that we are still looking for a new place to start with until the time my husband and I moved-in. Actually we were referred by a friend Ms. Rhea, also living here having a good feedback with the property and I really want to thank them. So, I am so grateful and never regret my decision that we chose Eatoncrest Apartments as our first home in the US. Also, all the staff were accommodating and kind, especially Ms. Candy who patiently answering all my queries and to Ms. Susan.

I had the extraordinary experience of working with Susan and Candy at Eatoncrest Apartments of Eatontown. I moved in on May 5th. They made the process so very simple, and my new home is better than I could have dreamed! The warmth and welcoming that I have been given here is beyond any previous rental experience that I have had, and even the smallest flaw (a broken mini blinds slat) was corrected immediately by Mike (Thanks again!). They even have multiple pet parks and pristinely kept laundry and fitness facilities. Anyone considering a location for a new apartment to rent MUST try here! They are the best of the best.

Filled with roaches!!! When telling the leasing office about them they tried to tell me they were water bugs in my living room. Leasing office never responds to emails until you go to the leasing office yourself and make it a bigger deal. Then they dismiss you. Do not make the same mistake we did by moving here.
