Lakeview Pointe Apartments

We have lived here two full years and I have been grateful to NEVER see a single roach in our apartment. I have two small special needs kids and it's something I always worry about but we have never had any issues. The landlord is a great guy and is very respectful and dependable. It's very laid back. We keep to ourselves but when I'm getting my kids off the bus everyone is nice to us.

We were planning for over a month to move into this place and had everything lined out until the day of the application we paid for a credit application which was never even looked at by the property manager and they decided to reject the application so therefore all time and money was completely wasted. This place will discriminate against you after you pay for a credit application and will not even look at your credit application to determine their decision, they will reject you without providing a reason for the determination which violates trec guidelines. This is an unfair apartment complex that does not practice Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines. We will be reporting to Texas real estate commissions on both the property manager and agent.

Very quiet community, such an amazing area with amazing prices right by lake Conroe!

No good service at all nasty apartments don't move here the office never help everything like work order they sent you to do it online that's is really stupid

Wow what I read all lies I have been there 3 years no roaches no trash laying on porches very clean there is always updates manager is never rude
