Lakeview Green

We were lucky to call Lakeview Green home for 2 years. Wade and Liz are the best managers you can find, the location could not be better, and the people who call it home are wonderful. Splurge and get a high floor unit... the views are worth it.

I had a wonderful experience with my application process. The leasing manager Liz always answered my questions promptly. Looking forward to moving here! Update 11/26/24: I have lived here for several months now and love it. Wade and Liz are very attentive and helpful. The amenities are very nice and i love the rooftop views.

Absolutely love living here at Lakeview Green! Wade and Liz are extremely easy to work with, respond quickly to any requests we may have and provide professional management. The grounds are clean with several amenities including a community garden, well kept green space, rooftop to die for that includes TVs and life size games such as chess and connect four. As empty nesters now we love the convenience of the nearby restaurants, bars and work out facilities.

Just wanted to stop by and leave a review of Lakeview Green ,as we are about to leave, after being one of the first residents in 2021. We are leaving because we found a house , not because of other reasons. We have been here since the beginning and Wade ( property manager) has been right there with us. He actually lived next door. Even at the very beginnings when things typically go wrong they did not. We have had a wonderful experience here, and have loved our apartment and the area. The Green Space is perfect to sit out by , or if you have a dog. The river is nice as well. The walkability to Lakeview, Pepper Place, Bettola, Blueprint, Red Cat , Lumbar, Hot and Hot, Ovenbird, Automatic, and Mayawell to name a few is right outside your door.
