Decent place— I liked it. One thing that bothered me about management is, before we moved there, they told us they didn't believe there were any train tracks near the property. Google Earth shows the train tracks measure only 60 feet from our window. It was a cargo train that passed at random intervals, sometimes 25 times a day but sometimes only 4, and at night it was loud enough to shake the windows if the load of the train was heavy enough, but the brain adjusts and over time you forget it's even there; if anything, it began to help me sleep. Lovely train.. The apartment complex is safe and nice, a lot of friendly people live there, and the quality and size of unit you can get for a decent price is awesome.

Pretty good trailer park. Ive lived here 5 years and through management change. Jennifer is always really patient in working with us and I really like her as my manager. I know we can be some hardass tenants with lots of questions and whatnot. She always talks with us and through whatever we need. Sometimes it has felt like we have been targeted with violations and whatnot, but really that's just what happens when we don't upkeep our home like we should. All and all they are pretty good with being reasonable. Lot rent is quite high for what you get, but so is all rent in oshkosh at the moment. I would recommend this trailer park overall.
