Lakeview Apartments

Hi I'm a former tenant still waiting for the rest of my security deposit to be returned. Legacy Property Management refuses to respond to my emails about the $150 "cleaning fee" they withheld from my deposit. I actually returned the apartment in BETTER condition than I received it. In fact I emailed them a week before my lease was up to inspect the unit and point out and issues. Yeah they didn't respond to that email either. As you can see in the pictures I left my apartment in excellent condition. I also included the cleaning bill they sent, of course there are no details or description of the work performed. Probably because there wasn't any... I would advise anyone moving here to be extra cautious when working with this management company. As a side note they have been advertising off

Had my grandmother cremated and stopped by Lake George on the way bringing her home as she always loved the water and feeding the ducks. I wasn't bawling my eyes out with her in the car five minutes before some lady I assume is the landlord comes stomping out glaring at me with utter derision and disgust. Tells me I need to leave fully seeing me bawling my eyes out. I don't argue. I just do. In under a minute while she stands there glaring at me while pretending to be on the phone. I don't necessarily mind being asked to leave if it's private property. It's the utter rude behavior and lack of empathy and continuous glaring when I had already put my car back in drive before my window was even fully rolled up. Hi we are the former Owens of Lakeview apts in Hobart, which we sold over 6 years ago!! we get calls all of the time, our # is still on the building on the lake side, also on the google internet. Please please update your information! I had a move in call our office 4 or 5 times in the last 4 days! Really they don't even have your # for a move in!! and our # is on google!
