Lovely place, horrible experience. I went through the application process for 3 weeks. Provided everything that was asked and paid the necessary deposit. Was told by the property manager, Colin on Saturday that I would receive my lease on Tuesday. When Tuesday arrived, I received a denial letter 3 DAYS BEFORE I WAS SET TO MOVE IN. I had given my current landlord notice, packed my home and had movers in place, just to be displaced with my children due to a last minute denial without proper reasoning. How inhumane of this company.
I have rented quite a few places and dealt with all matter of Property Managers but none has been as professional, courteous and Patient as Collin! If you're considering this community he is a phenomenal Property Manager!
The whole experience was easy. We dealt with Colin who has been a great. Colin has been very informative and helpful. The place is spacious and beautiful.
