Lakeside Village Housing

Horrible I wouldn’t recommend living here. Normally I don’t write bad reviews but this one here got me heated. I lived at this complex for one year and one year only. My lease ended about 2 months ago and being the person that I am I made sure the unit was spotless and in good shape once I left. All they had to do was clean the living room space carpet a bit for the next residence nothing more nothing less. After I had moved like most people I expected a full refund of my deposit. Instead I received a letter stating that the carpet needed to be replace for over $1200. $1200 for carpet replacement that’s insane!!!! As furious as I was I called the property manager and asked why did the carpet need replacement. Me and one of the lakeside representatives inspected the unit before I left and

DON'T consider moving here!! The complex is known as "SOUTH STREET PROJECTS" Neighbors are RUDE AS HELL, ALWAYS fighting. Apartments and cars were broken into. Neighborhood teens come over and smoke weed on the playground. SOOOO MANY people living here NOT on the lease. Complained to corporate about a neighbor shooting after beating his girlfriend up to the response "Those kind of incidents happen EVERYWHERE!" It didn't happen when I lived near ANY of the bases I was stationed! ONLY in the projects I grew up in. My A.C. breaks EVERY SUMMER. My family's currently living with family until it's fixed. Been a week and it's 88 degrees inside!!!! Took 4 months before they STARTED fixing my neighbor's apartment after a U-Haul ran into it!! The trash is ALWAYS piled high around the dumpster. MOST

We had such a great time feeding the ducks, birds and surprisingly turtles as well . The scenery is beautiful and it's a great place to walk with or without dogs.

DONT WASTE YOHR MONEY OR TIME! Waste of 100$ and 75 each adult. They lost paperwork countless times, Corporate is no help and it’s been 60 days into the application process and still no where close. Waist of time and energy and money

although I appreciate a response , it doesn't help when the response is always to call a number. As someone looking to relocate I have no way of knowing if there is resolution and not just response,
