When I came upon this complex I was applaud by the outstanding friendliness of residents and staff on site! Gwen the office manager was a huge help every step of the way from the first initial phone of how to apply to getting here to sign my lease and doing the walk in! The maintenance guys were here for the few minor things I needed help with upon move in. Overall I would, recommend this property to friends and family or coworkers. Property is always kept clean and the guys stay on stop of everything by working together!

Start to finish this has been such an amazing experience it's an amazing place and Desiree was amazing. Epic I don't know nobody likes that word but it was just so peaceful and I'm very happy to be part of this community

I have lived here for almost two years and have had a great experience. The apartments are cozy and homey and affordable. Derick our maintenance manager is awesome and has kept this place afloat! Jake our newest maintenance team member has been killing it and been very helpful. Gwen came on as the new property manager not long ago and really helped get the place under control and tackled the issues that have been going on for a while. Thanks to the lakeside staff! You guys are appreciated.

I came here just for Derek now he’s leaving. Don’t take him away. He’s the best maintenance manager I’ve ever witnessed within an apartment complex… with the timely mannerisms, professional attitude, and the fortitude and concern he exemplifies to get the job done and that new guy Jake? Dude is a stud give that guy a raise. Also, Concord needs to lighten up and offer bulk trash removal to their tenants, Considering….
